BYU Young Embassadors

Last Wednesday we billetted two of the BYU Young Embassadors while they were in Launceston performing at the Princess Theatre & then on Thursday night after a fireside at the chapel. The musical 'The New American Songbook' and the fireside were of a top class standard & both of these experiences were amazing to see. The two billets that we had were Carson & Clay; Carson was an actor/singer & Clay was a keyboard player in the band. They were both very dynamic & had a wonderful spirit, we connected with them immediately and were sorry to see them go. Carson is putting his mission papers in when he gets home & we joked that he might get called to our mission- stranger things have happened! It is said that when we give service we often reap the blessings & this was definitely one of those times - A truly memorable experience.
